Our yoga classes are designed to meet you wherever you are in your journey. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time or deepening an established practice, our instructors create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where breath, body, and spirit connect.

Hatha Yoga

A gentle, foundational practice that focuses on basic postures held for several breaths. Perfect for beginners and those seeking a slower, more deliberate practice.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic, breath-linked practice where movement flows from one pose to the next. Builds strength, flexibility, and endurance while calming the mind.

Restorative Yoga

A deeply relaxing practice using props like bolsters and blankets to support the body in passive poses. Ideal for stress recovery and nervous system restoration.

Yin Yoga

Long-held floor postures targeting deep connective tissues, fascia, and joints. A meditative practice that cultivates patience, stillness, and inner awareness.
